Abstract

Un drainage lymphatique manuel n'a aucune chance de drainer un lymphœdème (LO). Pourquoi ? La réponse est soufflée par la vague. À l'exemple de la dérive produite par les vagues, le drainage d'un tel LO dépend de nombreux cofacteurs: la compliance cutanée, la consistance du L0, son épaisseur, la force exercée, la surface comprimée, le nombre de répétition, la vitesse de roulement, la fréquence de la compression.
